Zerorez has been our go-to carpet cleaner (and furniture cleaner too) since 2017. Their process is efficient, removes soil and stains, carpets are just moist, not soaked, and they dry overnight soft, not crunchy. Techs are high quality, pleasant and thorough. Prices are reasonable. Whenever we've recommended Zerorez, we always hear back how pleased people are. A very conscientious locally-owned company. I highly recommend them. 4/30/2023

Top notch service. Gave me the option for an earlier than scheduled time. The technician was extremely courteous, discussed the process and what to expect. The overall cleaning way exceeded my hopes and expectations.

Harrison was there working less than an hour. Spots and dents remain. May be the carpet, but hoped for a bit more.

They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I had three Middle-Eastern carpets cleaned and the colors just popped. The also cleaned a sofa and two chairs which look soooo much better.

The service men were very courteous and easy to work with, and they were careful to test the fabric before proceeding. Very honest and knowledgeable. Having said that, when setting up an appointment, you MUST tell the scheduler what kind of fabric you have on your pieces. Our loveseat and couch were of a cotton fabric which could not be cleaned with their cleaning solution.
