I was promptly greeted by a 3-man crew (2 staff and an apprentice). They spent a significant amount of time diagnosing my issue at no cost (running a camera, tracing it, and digging out the end of my drain pipe). Then they ran an auger to clear the line and once again used the camera to ensure it was clear. They even cleaned up and hauled away the clogged material. They did great work and their customer service was top notch!

Our main stack backed up and we needed help as soon as possible; we couldnâ t even wash our hands without running the risk of more water ending up on our 1st floor. From the time I found Zoom Drain on Angi till the time Alex arrived was probably less than 90 minutes. He did a terrific job and was such a polite and respectful young man, my wife insisted on giving him some money to buy a decent dinner on his way back to Wilmington. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain over their biggest competitor which I called first. I was not happy with their pricing or their sales tactics, which is why I looked for a second opinion and found Zoom Drain. I am VERY happy with my decision!

I foun this company through Angi (formerly Angiâ s List). They arrived within 45 minutes after first the contact. Both, Brad and Alex were extremely friendly and courteous. They worked well together as a team. We were quoted a ridiculous amount in the thousands by another company. Zoom came in and got to work. The issue with the backed up shower drain was resolved within an hour or so. I like that they started working the issue and not make an assessment just by looking and saying what they think is causing the problem, then quote an insane amount to fix it. I canâ t praise them enough for coming and taking care of the drainage problem. The worked hard to clear the blockage. Thanks again, Brad and Alex!

Great fast service

They were awesome !!! My parents had a major backup in the bathroom and laundry room, water everywhere. This happened Sunday on Memorial Day weekend. The Zoom team showed up on time, just like they said they would!!! Very kind courteous and very professional and knowledgeable- my Heroes!!
