I had a great experience with this company as they sent reminders and called ahead to confirm and alert me of the contractor approaching my home. Josh is very knowledgeable and efficient at the job; installing my external electrical outlet. He was fast and professional with testing it out as well. The customer service was great too. Overall, pricing under $500 was fantastic and now I have a more modernized home with access to energy in my backyard for festivities!
AMR Services was extremely professional and quickly identified the problem in the wiring in the crawl space. They installed a dedicated line for our sump pump. I appreciated how carefully they explained everything. They worked very hard & cleaned up afterwards. Great job!
We were experiencing flickering lights throughout our condo. The technician tightened some screws in the electrical panel, found some problems that they couldn't fix, and replaced an outlet. The lights still flickered. The problem that they couldn't fix, was the culprit. We had to call PECO to fix the problem.
Hello Mrs. Gray! We came out to troubleshoot your electrical lines. We tightening all the lugs in the panel and tested all the lines. We received 130v on one line and 115v on the second. Nothing was flickering while we were there but we did find that your service cable and your downstairs unit that go into a meter socket were in tough shape. The wiring jacket on both was exposed, a barrel lock was found on the meter and filled with corrosion. We strongly recommended that to be replaced for both. We also made sure everything inside the home was in good order and did notify that sometimes the issues could be on Peco's side. Especially after the weather, we have been experiencing in the area. Hopefully, PECO makes sure that there are no issues on their end, however, fixing your service cable will definitely help remove current and potential problems in the future.
Anthony D. and his protege were prompt, efficient and extremely courteous. They fixed my blown outlet, confirmed power to an appliance that a different repair person said had no electricity, and checked the electrical panel. They then went beyond and wrote a note to satisfy my home warranty company's request so that another repair person could come out. Extremely happy with their service and will definitely use them again.
The young lady who scheduled the appointment was extremely pleasant, patient and accommodating. The two gentlemen who arrived to complete the work were on time, they were pleasant and they explained the problem. They were considerate of me and my home. They completed the work timely and neatly. No doubt, I'd recommend them and I will definitely use them for any future electrical issues.
