I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Needed a few days for a part to come in and then the job was complete. He was clean and efficient. Even looked at other appliances in my home and gave me free advice and tips on how to keep them running. Would highly recommend.

I will only know how effective and long-lasting the repair is over time, but EVERYTHING about Oria's service (Dayan's Electric Appliance Repair) was outstanding. He replied within minutes to my request for a job description and estimate and quoted me what seemed a reasonable price for first visit, assessment of problem, and possible repair if it didn't require parts or special tools. He was able to come the next day. He answered several calls immediately, when I needed to inquire about Certificate of Insurance. And though my building does not allow ANY work by an outside contractor without C of I, he worked with a building staff member to accomplish the repair on first visit. He also charged LESS than his initial quote. I was able to pay him with Zelle. Assuming the fix lasts, I will consider this an ideal repair. I should add that I selected two of several repair options recommended by Homeadvisor, based on reviews. Both service companies replied very quickly; Dayan's was the first.

Quick, efficient and great customer service. Had the part needed in his van so no waiting to get the repair. Was also very informative about how to diagnose future issues and what to look out for. Would highly recommend!
