Footprints Floors Kentucky

BEWARE!!! They replaced my bathroom floor. The guy put his grout and mortar down my drain in my tub. I now have an extremely slow draining drain. I am standing in 6-7 inches of water when I take a shower. It was not like this before them. I do not know how much it will cost me to get a plumber to clean out the cement, probably more than I paid for 30 sq feet floor. I would NOT recommend Footprints Flooring.

Did an excellent job on our kitchen backsplash. Showed up when they said they would be there. Would hire them again.

A great experience from beginning to end! I'd like to say up front that I'm blind, and so I have to really be able to put a high degree of trust in people I invite into my home to perform work. Everyone at Footprints was trustworthy, reliable, and exceptionally competent. Everyone who has seen the floor and tile backsplash they installed has been incredibly complementary. And to top it all off, I work from home and was able to perform my job for all three days while the contractor was working in the kitchen. Just a great experience. 100% would recommend!

We have a small kitchen and Footprints promised they would do it right. They did! Footprints was very professional. The owner, Ben Norton, did a walkthrough the day after the kitchen was finished. He was pleased and we were very pleased.

I have used footprint on two recent projects. New tile in our main bath and new lvp in our basement. Both projects look great and I will definitely use them again for flooring.

It was so nice to have Ben and his crew take care of us. We had an issue with our dining room floor and they fixed it so quickly and efficiently. They even saved the tiles so we didn't have to use our spare box. The young man who did the work was so courteous and professional. I am scheduling an appointment with them soon to re-do my wood floors. Thank you Ben and Footprints!!

I hired Footprints to level a floor in my small office (120 sq. ft.) and the project was supposed to be done in one day. After day one only half of it was done and I was told that they needed more material, which raised my cost from $575 to $1035 - almost double! After that, they needed yet more material, which they didn't charge me for. However, after the project was "finished" my floor was still not leveled and I discovered that some of the leveling compound leaked into my kid's room in the basement. So they had to come out again, pour more compound to level the floor and try to clean up the mess in the basement. To me this felt like it's the very first time they did a project like this and had no idea what they were doing.

Ben, the owner, and the gentlemen that did the work were very professional. Ben contacted me right away each time I reached out to him and answered all my questions. The workers did a beautiful job. Very pleased. I will use them again & highly recommend them.
