We have used HDC Construction on three investment property "flips" in the Greenville area and are very happy with all work they have performed. On top of the high quality work we received, we were also pleased with the detailed estimates we were provided, and how we were kept in the loop throughout the projects. All of these projects included new flooring throughout the homes, updated or new kitchens and bathrooms, new lighting and paint throughout and various other repairs and alterations. One of these projects included an addition for a new kitchen as well as new roofing, siding, windows, doors, and all new HVAC, plumbing and electrical service.
