I hired them for a full gut remodel and addition, dated 1920s house, my goal was to build out my dream home and the pilla group built it. I was extremely worried as I began to request estimates, they were all astronomical. After realizing I would have to adjust my budget, I knew picking the right firm was the most important thing. I had many friends, and family share all their horror stories, so I made sure to vet my choices. While they were nowhere near cheapest in the end I am happy them. They are a design build firm so I didn't need to hire a design firm, or architect and they took care of everything. They were very detailed and gave me excellent advice so I could maximize my budget. I don't come from a construction background so they were the perfect company to guide me. They had expert knowledge, and I loved their finishes. It was a big project but they did it on the timeline estimated. And more importantly pretty much on budget. I am very happy with everything, and would recommend them to anyone. They were very professional at every step of the way, and went out of their way to accommodate me time, and time again. Thank you to the team, admin staff, and all the subs who made this happen ! You guys won your newest cheerleader.

I contracted them to build an open floor plan, and redo the kitchen. At the same time they did the basement. I'm super happy with the work they did, and my house.

We have worked with them a few time on RE investment projects, they are great. We love working them because we have peace of mind, and know we are not going to have to chase 10 people down. They provide great advice to get the most value for the budget, and recommend cost efficiencies. They provided accurate estimates. Most importantly, they are able to resolve problems and come up with solutions to stay on budget. They are efficient, and get it done on the timeline estimated. I got their info after seeing their work remodeling a friends basement, mine was a bigger project, I am purchased a home with the intend to do a gut renovation, and master suite addition. The project manager Leo came out, and from the very start I knew I had found the right company, I was honestly a little big skeptical, because it seemed what they offered was too good to be true. However Leo invited me to visit a few other gut renovations they were doing, I ended up touring 4 other projects similar to mine. This convince me they could get the job I wanted done. They ended up doing the design as well, which help keep the costs lower and then once work began it ran like a well run army. Leo was easy to communicate throughout the process, he kept me updated, he stayed on budget, which for my project I thought it was impossible given research I have done prior. The only changes were things my me and my wife decided to change, overall very happy I went with them, and I am grateful Leo, the subs,and the rest of the team !

We had our basement remodeled with the Pilla Group and they did excellent work. They started when they said they were going to, stuck to the timeline that they gave us, and did amazing things with a unique space. We made some changes throughout the process and they responded promptly and were able to accommodate all of our requests. I would highly recommend them and would certainly hire them again if we ever need to do more work in our home.

Overall positive experience, they remodeled my kitchen, and bathroom,basement, fairly priced, worked quickly, they got the job done in the timeline initially estimated, the one small thing is the project manager seemed pretty busy, communication was sometimes not the best, however it did not negatively affect my project, on the plus side he did seem concern with my project coming in on budget. Which to my surprise it did, so I am grateful to them, and would hire them again.

They were by far the best construction company I have had the opportunity to contract for a project. They're team is diligent, and focus on client satisfaction. As real estate investor you are looking for the provider that delivers the most value and by far the pilla group has been a great partner on our projects. They handle everything on the construction side so I can focus on my business. They are always on schedule, and on budget, things that are key for successful re investment project. Great communication with this group. They were flexible and accommodating and brought our vision to life. They also completed the project 2 weeks ahead of time and within our budget! The crew worked tirelessly and even on weekends and were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to all family and friends.

They are the absolute best, we bought a large older home but everything needed to be updated, we interviewed many different firms, they were by far the most professional. They took their time to be as detailed with their estimate as possible, this was important to us since we would be making a significant investment. Our project manager was amazing to work with. Leo, was on top of everything and handles quickly any issue that came up. He was attentive, and wanted to make sure we were happy with the work, the company is lucky to have him. The city really was the biggest obsolete on this project, but they offered creative solutions. We renovated 2 bathrooms, kitchen,basement,and every other inch of the home. The house was unrecognizable, and we love our new space. The best part is we were mostly on budgets, besides some changes made by us. Thanks, for our beautiful home !!!
