Floor looks great

We have a lovely waterfall going from the spa to the pool. Unfortunately, some tiles had broken, so it looked a little shabby. I looked all over to find someone to repair or replace. I tried contacting our pool service, and they didn't know anyone. I checked with other floor/tile places, and no one seemed interested. Love My Floors came out, looked it over, and gave me a quote on the project (one to replace broken tiles, the other to replace the whole thing). I decided to replace all the tiles (3 levels of tile, about 90 tiles). They did a fantastic job. Talking with Joe, the owner, was great! We will replace the tile inside our home, and I am happy we found someone as good as Love My Floors.

Joe is prompt, showed up exactly when he told me he would to give me an estimate to install ceramic tile in my home. I was impressed! I had already purchased tile and had just barely enough to do the job. Chris and Chad the installers did a fantastic job!! I am very happy with the floors and baseboards that they also installed. I recomend them highly and will use them again for my next job.

Excellent crew!! Installed our downstairs and staircase with LVP. Completed project in 3 days. Friendly staff works very quickly. Joe responds to every call and text!! Will be using them again for next project.

Joe and his crew were amazing to work with. Joe sat down with us and we explained what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure on selling us anything. We were impressed with him and his quote. Demo team arrived, covered what was needed to be and then Aaron came the next day and went to work. Aaron was very knowledgeable and his work was outstanding. He gave us certain ideas that we loved and helped us with a few decisions as well. Joe has a great guy on his team. Overall very happy. We luv our shower and tub.

When you work with Joe, the owner, you genuinely feel like you are meeting a new friend. He works incredibly hard to make his business top notch. He personally overseas each job. His employees are experienced craftsmen. My timeline was tight and he made it work. He sent us Danny to tile our shower. He was very skilled. My shower was a little complex. I chose glass tiles, which are harder to cut. I had a linear drain, which requires technique to install. I also had a niche and they require a skill of their own to be done correctly. Danny was meticulous when creating the mud base for the shower. He showed up early every day and completed the job when he said he would. Though quick, he was a perfectionist and the end product is gorgeous! We could not be happier and have already started referring friends. Thanks for everything Joe!

Joe was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. All work was high quality. He and all his workers were very polite and professional and I was very comfortable with them in my home. We will definitely be using them again when we are ready for our next project.

The service from start to finish was extremely professional. We built our house in 2017, and except for our GC, most tradesmen were extremely inconsistent regarding timelines and the quality of their work. However Love My Floors was fantastic. Great price, fantastic quality, finished ahead of schedule, cleaned the job site every night before leaving, friendly, and great advisors. We will use them for our next project. If you need tile work, we highly recommend them.
