This is an update to the finished job. They sheet rocked over the opening to the duct from the furnace. The sales person told me I would have to get someone in to place the duct back to where it was. In order to do that I will have to remove the vanity, rip up the flooring and then have it replaced again. They have taken me back to when I was a young. Thanks Andy and Tom Your communication and writing skills are much to be desired.

I was approached by a sales associate on a Saturday afternoon I was given a quote for a shower stall and another bathroom downstairs They wanted 14000 dollars just to replace the shower stall. Which I thought was too much it was a shame I did not think the same for the bathroom downstairs at 27000 dollars I pushback on that and they gave me a discount of 3000 dollars. The crew came and took over my whole back yard boxed my car in so I could not get out and were very destructive. I had a paper shade up which they tore down and threw away, flowers that they stepped on and killed and did not leave until 8PM at night. It always boggles my mind how if there is a death in someone's family the higher ups don't have a plan B. As the customer you are supposed to understand and deal with more inconvenience. So, the second day there is a crew of one as compared to a crew of 4-5. It is two o clock and I am sure this is going to be another late night. No contracting crew should work past 6PM I have things I needed to do and animals to take care of. At the same time Premier Home pros was here I had another person working on my shower stall. His price is reasonable about a fourth of what Home Pros. quoted me and he much more respectful of other people's property. If I had found him first, I never would have hire Premier Home Pros. There was a person who came out from the office with paperwork that she did not fill in before coming here. I should have told her the wrong amount to pay them off but I am not raised that way it is just a shame this company is not a lot more on the ball.

We had a shower install done today and we were very happy with the results. Mickey and Dave were our installers. They were very professional. They worked all day to complete the job and left it clean and perfect. Our salesman was Lewie. He’s sold us on your company and sealed the deal with life time warranty. No need to look any further. Thank you Pemier Home Pros for a great product and a hard working staff. Five stars plus!

Ryan was the BEST installer, and his mate Wesley was wondering. Ryan was very knowledgeable and great communicating the protect details. I would work with Ryan again anytime!! We are in the process of remodeling our entire bathroom and used premier home pros for our shower. Very happy.

So impressed! This company really goes above and beyond. Not only were they thorough at explaining the options available for us but the quality of their product vs the other companies I have looked at is just so much nicer! I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone!

i couldn’t be any more impressed! we needed a smaller shower insert converted into a larger custom walk in shower. premier makes the process incredibly easy & comfortable from their first phone call to their finish & clean up. they beat our expectations by far in every way with a more than fair price on an exclusive product that is both beautiful & durable! we didn’t realize we could love our bathroom like this!!

We are very pleased with the tub to shower. Very excited to have such a great quality product. Joe and his crew did a wonderful job installing, cleaning up and making sure everything works great. Evan was so honest and knowledgeable in helping us select exactly what we needed. Would recommend Premier Home Pros to many others.

Two complaintsâ ¦the hot water temperature wasnâ  t checked (water runs lukewarm) and my black stone floor was very dull and sticky. Still working to bring it back to how it was before the install. However, the tub and wall are Beautiful!!! I definitely recommend Premier Pros. Just double check everything before the workers leave.

Due to incorrect info on his laptop, the salesperson ordered the wrong color product. When the guys came to do the installation we caught the error. The panels were reordered and came the following week. The men who did the installation were great, made some excellent suggestions regarding the installation, and did the job in a timely and professional manor. Highly recommend Premier Home Pros.

Updating original review since at the time, I did not know of all the issues with the install at the time and subsequent issues with them trying to fix the install issues. Will update with more details and stars, if/when issues are resolved.
