Procraft is my go to contractor forever! We had a leak in our shower and it ruined our ceiling downstairs. I didn't know what to expect. Russell came out and inspected and showed us the problem areas where the tile and glass and grout were moldy. He did some digging and found where the water had been leaking through. He gave us options for minimum repairs to full replacement. We were so relieved it wasn't a huge expense to repair the shower and ceiling below. We love the honesty and professionalism and how efficient the whole job was.

Russell and his crew were very timely and cleaned the work area professional and polite I have had ProCraft in for several jobs and would highly recommend them for any project in the future. Benchmark work at the highest level.

We love our new bathroom! We wanted to update our bathroom look and in a day, Russell gave us a detailed estimate for everything we wanted to do. We already had the new wall tile, floor tile and the vanity and just needed installation. Russell confirmed we had enough tile and also advised us on the other finishes we might need and want to consider like the tile edge, new shower valve and faucet which we hadn't thought of. He provided the rest and scheduled us to begin in 2 days! We also decided to have them put in a new tub for us. They were very efficient and the whole project only took 4 days to complete. We were instructed to allow the new shower walls 3 days dry time before we used it. Other than a leaky toilet valve that needed to be replaced, everything went perfect and the quality was way beyond our expectations. 5 stars!

If I could give this company more than a 5 star review I would. Russell and his team did an amazing job on our home and we could not be happier with the outcome. However, it was his honesty and actions that won me over. After dealing with horrible Florida contractors over the last year it was a breath of fresh air to know I could count on Russell to get the job done and to get it done right. Russell was beyond helpful throughout the project and followed through on set timelines and scheduled days of work. We will 100 percent be using ProCraft Remodeling on all our future projects!!!!
