Had 2 bathrooms remodeled and they did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, prompt, and provided great customer service. I would definitely work with them again and refer them to friends and family.

I used Quality Remodeling to remove and put in new tiled shower. Matt came out looked at the shower suggested ideas on how to improve the shower, no upselling just ideas for me to consider. I received the cost estimate, it was a lower price than I had received from other vendors, and it covered everything I wanted done. The work went well and everything was on time. Workers put in the pan tiles at the end of one day and I looked at that after they left. It was not to my liking and I informed the workers next morning, I told them what was wrong and they removed the tiles, and did it again to my standards. The shower looks great and Iâ m very happy with how it looks. There was another issue discovered when I first used the shower, water was not getting hot enough. Newer shower faucets have regulators in them and this one was set to not allow handle to get maximum hot water setting. I emailed Matt about the problem and it was fixed immediately. When you have a business that acknowledges that there is an issue and responds quickly to correct it- thatâ s a business I will use again.

Even though we had to reschedule because of a family issue, malik went out of his was to accommodate us to get the job completed. I recommend for not only the work but because the extra steps the take when doing the kitchen remodel.
