The costs are well within reason, dont feel as though the owners are putting any "extra hidden costs" into their quotes and the work was done on time and within budget. Communication was excellent and I was aware of all parts of removal of the old system, and the insert of the new and it was done in a day. Any questions I had were answered and I felt as though I was a member of the family. Recommend highly.

I hired Chris to come out and investigate why we had no cooling on our upper floor. The system was around 5 years old, so we figured it may be low on freon. Of course it happened on one of the hottest days. Chris arrived early in my time window. Poor guy crawled into my hot attic. Within a couple minutes he was sending me a picture of why it wouldn't cool. Coil had a decent size hole. Good thing we had a warranty.I knew little about the warranty process, but Chris knew everything I needed and he took care of the paperwork. He called to find a replacement while here and got us a new Coil. He had to go way out of his way to get the coil. But he did and was here the next morning and we had cooling in a few hours. When you talk to Chris about HVAC, you can tell he is passionate about what he does. The major thing is he is as HONEST as he is passionate. I have recommended him to friends and they always call to thank me after he leaves! I will never use anyone else!!

Our AC system stopped working during this past summerâ s extreme heat, and we were in bad straits. After receiving a jaw-dropping price quote from our home warranty HVAC contractor, HVAC Precision Experts quickly responded and visited us the same day with a free, fair-priced quotation. Chris appeared conscientious, thorough, professional, and passionate about his work. He also offered to loan us two window AC units until his team could install the replacement system the following week. They returned the next day for measurements and installed the much-appreciated loaner window units. Shoe coverings were respectfully worn every time they entered the house. After installation, Chris reached out to make sure everything was running well. We could not be more impressed and pleased with our recent experience with HVAC Precision Experts. We will happily continue using HVAC Precision Experts for all our HVAC needs.
