Very unskilled individuals,they installed a garage door for my 89 year old mother and definitely took advantage of her , the door was not installed properly they didnâ t put enough brackets on the tracks so the tracks were moving around and tripping the light curtian,and put the lag screws in the existing holes which in turn pulled out and my mother was very lucky not to have been injured when the springs and center bracket let loose.they kinked the cables to the point of not staying on the rollers,they routed the sensor wires across the opening for the pull down stairs and across the air conditioning access opening,they didnâ t even put a light bulb in the door opener,and had enough greed to ask for a tip.This is clearly a case of taking advantage of my 89 year old motherâ s age and lack of understanding how a proper install, really hope my review is taken seriously,The owner was very rude and would not even correct the door issues. I called MO BETTER garage door company to come out and replace the kinked cables rewind the springs service the door (grease the hinges and rollers,)Mo better set the door limits properly and will return to service the door and make sure everything is working properly in a year,Shame on you speedy garage door hacks, I hope this review saves people from ever using your lack of skills in any situation!!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

We hired them to do a high lift and switch us to a direct drive opener. After 2 followup visits our door is still not closing properly the interior locks no longer work and there are now gaps allowing light and air thru the openings. At no time did the installer use a level or tape measure, Did everything by eye and it did not turn out well. STAY AWAY!!!!!
