My house was in rough shape. Old age and illness are apparent. Spic and Span did a good job considering how much needed to be done. The house looks more presentable than I expected.

We had Spic and Span come in and do a deep cleaning to our house as we prepare to put it on the market. They did a fantastic job every where from floors, windows, baths and appliances, it all looked new! Very happy with their service. Highly recommend!

I'm a real estate agent and frequently need cleaning services. I had a vacant home to sell that at first glance was already pretty clean, but Spic&Span uncovered all kinds of grime and dust. The cleaning job was next level and I will use them again for sure.

They are very thorough and take a lot of pride in their work. They seemed to enjoy the deep cleaning project that my house presented from several months of renovations. I plan on using them periodically to keep the house close to this condition. This is the cleanest thus house has been since I moved in in 2000.
