Write a ReviewThe tech was very professional.
Submit the request for lost AC at 9PM. Tech was there by 10AM the next day and had issue fixed within 1 hour.
Professional and detailed
Prompt, quality service. Same day replacement of my old water heater. It's so nice to have hot water after a whole weekend without it.
I thought we had a carbon dioxide leak, but the technician found it was a air leak in the basement coming through a crack in the wall from an adjoining condo. They had been varnishing something. The technician still checked our furnace and water heater. What a great company! We will always use them.
Very friendly and helpful.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They are ridiculously overpriced and they take advantage of he fact that you need immediate services. I hired world class and they charged me 200.00 to wipe down my water heater and spent the rest of the time trying to up sell services like their maintenance plan. When they left, I still had no hot water. I ended up needing a part that had to be ordered. Because my water heater was under warranty, I got the part for free, but they tried to charge me for the part, and an additional 450.00 for labor, even though I paid 200 initially and still had no hot water! They said they d take 150 off but nothing more. I ended up having to get my part from them and finding another contractor, who only charged 150.00 for the same service. Luckily, the new contractor actually provided world class services. This ordeal had me without hot water for nearly 2 weeks! Spend your money with a company who respects you, your time, and your money; not world class services!
Hello Melissa, there is a lot of information you are leaving out. When we first came out instead of jumping straight to replacing the burner assembly we usually try to do a deep clean first since 9 out of 10 times that will resolve the issue you were advised if this cleaning doesn't work and it goes back out the burner assembly would need replaced. The reason you were without hot water for that period of time had ZERO to do with our service and had everything to with your water heater manufacture who's product is no longer sold in the city of Columbus anymore and who initially DENIED the warranty for the part, but the Service Experts fought for you and was able to get the part shipped in and we even paid to get the part expedited. When the part came in and you found out that you had to pay for shipping and labor to install the part you went off and started cursing & threatening our Service Expert and our Office Staff because you felt the part, labor, & shipping should be free. Upon your continued threats and profanity we then determined it was in the best interest of everyone to not do business together. However, we still allowed you to find and plumber and we met the plumber and gave him the part so you could still get the service taken care of which we never received any money for the shipping nor the hours our service expert spent on the phone multiple days fighting to get you this part.
Technicians were able to come out within hours of requesting a quote. They were professional, courteous, communicated well and efficient.
Bryan gave me a call, as a prior job was causing him to run a little later than the time frame given to me. I appreciated the 'heads up'. He was able to use the code in my service manual to discover the problem and quickly re-set things. 48 hrs later, it still runs fine. I was pleased that this outcome will provide me some more time to save for a replacement, as this one is 9 yrs old. He let me know of your 'same as cash' 12 mos financial plan, if the replacement is needed sooner than later.
Our service tech, Brian, was great. He explained what he was doing. He didn t make a mess in our house and was personable.
