My appointment was for the next day but when Steve called to confirm and heard how worry I was about the garage door being unsecured while I'm at work the next day he sent his employee, Joel over that night. Joel was able to install a brand new garage door opener system and replaced my garage door lock in under 90 minutes. I highly recommend G & S Garage Doors Inc. their customer service is exceptional.

I cannot tell you how grateful and appreciative I was with the service. I called in the morning and Steve scheduled Joel Castro that evening. When Joel arrived, I could tell how professional he was, and that he truly cared about his work. He was wonderful, polite, professional. Joel repaired work that was done by another company about a month ago because it was done incorrectly. The shoddy work that was done by the previous company could have resulted in someone getting hurt. I would more than recommend this company to anyone. Again, thank you so much, Joel, and Steve, for the wonderful work done.

Do not go any further, these guys are the real deal. extremely knowledgeable and they were on time for quote and install. Work quality was excellent, everything worked flawlessly. Joel and Steve Gauthier (owner) were superb. 2 new Garage door installation, door openers and wiring completed in 3 hours. I was blown away by there professionalism and dedication to ensure my satisfaction. i would hire these guys again in a heartbeat and will be sure to recommend them to all my friends and family members. i only wish all companies were as serious and dedicated as G&S. Again go no further, this company is reliable and will get it done.

VERY EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE REPAIR WAS DONE 12 HOURS AGO AND WOULD PREFER TO DO THE REVIEW AFTER THE DOORS BEEN WORKING FOR A WEEK OR SO.
