    The operations manager, AJ, convinced me to hire a 3 man crew instead of 2, and was confident that they could easily fit the inventory list I provided them on their truck. At the pickup house, the movers tore a wooden gate off of its hinges, pulled a storm door frame off from the house, and hit a toilet so hard moving my dryer that it broke the flange. One of the movers clearly did not care at all about my property, and was dragging my mattress and dresser across a gravel path. The third guy was brand new and clearly not strong enough to lift many items, so spent most of his time walking back and forth from the truck with single items like a couch cushion? clearly worth paying over $75/hr for. They only managed to fit about half of my stuff into the truck, and that was after I removed two of the largest items from the inventory list. They left many things behind that I had asked them to make sure they packed, but after seeing how they treated my stuff, I figured it might be safer for me to handle the rest of the move myself. They did have to do a second trip to come back and get many of the other big items that were included on the initial list, and the team took over 9 hours to complete my move. In total I was left with a broken toilet, broken fence, broken door, rutted yard, damaged freezer, damaged file cabinet, scratched walls, scratched furniture, and an unhealthy amount of stress. Whatever you do, avoid All My Son?s Moving Storage, especially near Columbus. Terrible movers, terrible customer service, terrible claims process, not a single redeeming quality.

    It was a horrible experience. The truck they brought was too small, it was much more expensive than expected, items were damaged. We had to rent a second truck and move 4 huge loads ourselves. Run the other way,
