As soon as I requested quotes on 9/16/2020, , Kim responded. She came to my house within two hours, and gave me an estimate. She was polite and professional, and told me about their warranty, and how their work would be superior to that done for my neighbor a few days earlier by a different contractor. She wrote the estimate, and said she would do the work on 9/19/2020. Today (9/19), I left a vm at 9 to see when they were coming. No response. I sent a message via HA at 10am. No response. I called HA at 10:45m, and they reached out to them and also gave me a different cell number. I texted. No response. Earlier this week I discovered that contractors must pay HA a penalty for failing to respond to leads. It appears that she just showed up to avoid the penalty, and was not serious about completing the work for the price that she quoted. Had I checked the reviews here earlier, I would have seen that none of them are newer than 5 years. My guess is that their business is sufficient that they no longer do HA work, which is fine, but then they should remove themselves from the referral process. I lost the morning waiting for them to show up, or to return my calls/texts. They not only wasted their time by showing up the first time, they wasted mine--twice, when they gave me what appears to have been a bogus estimate, with no intention of following through, and today, when they failed to show up.

This crew did a bang up job and was courteous to our flower beds and stone walks. Great clean up as well! Responded quickly and were very professional to work with. Will recommend to friends and family for sure!

Our drive was looking terrible. The snow blade on a pick up truck used by our snow removal guy had damaged the previous coating. This company made it look like new again. I feel the quality of the product they used plus the well done application will last us 2 to 3 years.

The company was prompt to respond to my request for a quote, gave a fair quote, and did an excellent job. The workers were pleasant and wanted to please. Our drive was looking terrible, and a snow removal man with a blade on his pickup had scraped the drive badly in places. It looks like new now.

ONE COAT WAS APPLIED.THE JOB CALLS FOR TWO COATS. THE WORKED USED A WET MOP WITH NO COATING MATERIAL. TO DO THE ENTIRE DRIVEWAY. VERY POOR JOB.

Did you get 1 coat or did you get no coating at all? You received that same 5 star treatment everyone else gets .. You signed completion paper and paid with a check .. You received a 2 coat brushed service . In which your 2 coats were applied hours Apart , while you was home ..We could have worked out any concerns you may have had but you never contacted us once to give us a chance .. We are also sorry you think we would use a mop on your drive way . We apply sealer with a Professional Sealcoating brush that can't be purchased form home improvement store .. ... This review make no sense at all !!!!
