The Geek Squad team was superb. I received a call alerting me of the estimated arrival time, and again when the team was 15 minutes away. The team worked quickly and professionally. We are pleased with the service.

Assistant also fell on my TV. Also, not trained to remove debris from work. Placed debris on paper and put on the top of the coffee table.

Overall a good job, but came up short when they needed a particular tool and didn't have it. The trip to wherever they had to do to get it took almost an hour. Once back on the job however, they stayed at it and god it done.

I hired these folks in late October to install my dishwasher. I had a date scheduled for November 26, 2018. A month after I called. I received a phone call 2 days prior stating they needed to cancel my install. The earliest time they could give me was December 13, 2018. I told them that was too far away. I called the number they gave me and was told they would expedite it. No call for an earlier date. Not only that on the day of the canceled appointment Best Buy showed up to remove my current dishwasher. I wasn't home since I thought it was canceled. Yesterday I received a phone call from Mr. Appliance, who I believe they are contracting with, leaving me a voicemail stating they needed to talk to me about the install scheduled for the 13th. I called back and waited on hold for 10 min. at which time I was disconnected. I called back and left a voicemail for them to call me. I have been trying to get this dishwasher installed since late October and it still is not in. I am not looking to reschedule from the 13th and will try to get a refund and have a local appliance company install it. The reviews I read were from other states, I live in Massachusetts and the service here has been terrible.
