10/30 I took my laptop to Geek Squad at Best Buy, because my dvd/cd drive was not playing. They charged me $211. They will call me when it is ready. They also made me buy a antivirus protection. I told the guy EMANUEL, that I have Kaspersky Protection. He said that was made by the Russians and that they're spying on us. I'm not that assertive so I said OK. They emailed me 11/02 to make an appointment to pick up the laptop. When I got there, this guy said I need a new cd drive. He pulled it up on EBAY, it was $12.97. I asked him don't they sell it in the store. He said no, I have to buy it. Then he showed me how to install it. A 2yr old could that. I asked him what was the $211 for. He said it's a year membership to get discounts in the store, free installations of appliances, mount TV's to the wall. A lot of CRAP, i'll never use. So I paid $211 and my laptop was not fixed!! BEWARE!!I do not recommend them!!!! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do about this??

There was a "polarity" problem related to an electrical outlet. They would not deal with that issue.
