The owners of this company are polite and professional. Chris arrived on time and did a great job on my furniture. Bill also came to help with the project. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

This was one of the only companies I found to be open right after Christmas and after spilling a full bottle of wine on a yellow carpet we were in dire need. I first spoke with Bill who was extremely professional and positive in their ability to get the stain out. I never personally met Bill and Chris but my in laws said they were wonderful. They took the carpet and were successful in getting the wine out. They were incredibly helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Extremely satisfied with the care and service provided. There was dried paint on the carpet and they took extra time to remove. They were honest in their assessment of what could be done and what may not be perfect. I appreciated the honesty and the hard work to do the very best they could do and the result was above expectations.

Chris communicated promptly, arrived almost at the minute he estimated he would, works at a fast pace, not missing a beat, explaining about COIT and carpet care tips the entire time. Strongly recommend COIT. Carpets are clean, smell great, price was on the mark and we intend to use these folks again. Thanks!

The owner cleaned my furniture and he was very informative and gave me tips on how to keep it clean in the future and how to remove odors with some household products. It was a very good experience and I will use them again.

The two men that came out to take down 17 feet tall drapes and then reinstall them once they were cleaned did an amazing job. Not everyone would have tackled the job, because of the height issue. They persevered. They did great!
