Joel responded to my request for an estimate quickly and I was able to get work scheduled soon after. The crew was quick and efficient with the install.

The entire process was very easy yet professional, with good pricing, great craftsmanship, quality materials and on time delivery. We had hardwood floors installed in our dining room and front room. We then had the master bedroom hallway and steps carpeted. IM retired and it was amazing how well the crews worked together with minimal disruption. Joel came to the rescue when I had another installer back out. We were in quite a bind with less than 24 hours to get the carpet laid before professional photographer was scheduled to take our house listing pictures. We were referred to Joel by my son s realtor and I can t say enough good things about the whole experience! My son just bought a house in the Columbus area and upon taking possession on Saturday quickly realized the carpets he thought could be cleaned was not going to be that easy. They really couldn t be saved and made presentable. Upon getting Joel s info I texted him to save my son time last Sunday evening and he called me back within a few hours and made my son a priority and came out Monday night for an estimate and by Wednesday night the carpet and some vinyl was installed so he could fully move in! Joel went above and beyond to make this happen quickly for my son ( 3 days to be exact ). He was unbelievable - one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever had! The installers were there promptly and did a great job and cleaned up once they were done! The price was unbeatable! My only regret is he isn t located back where my husband and I live - him and the installers he hires are that good !

I hired Diamond Carpet Services to install vinyl plank flooring throughout my main level of my home. They also replaced carpet on my stairs and upstairs hallway with new carpet. Joel and his team did a fabulous job!! They were friendly, professional and efficient and they arrived on time!! I highly recommend Diamond Carpet Services! We had a better price on materials due to a closeout sale and Joel said that was a great price. They did the complete installation quickly at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
