I hired J&J to replace a functional but poorly designed existing water heater with a new Stiebel Eltron Accelera Heat Pump Water Heater. The work was done very well and the new heater works much much better than the old. A few days after the install, I had a slight drip from the expansion tank connection, but they were able to come out and fix it with no hassle. A really good experience overall.

They were amazing. Our hot water heater went out on Easter Sunday. Family of 5 with no hot water....not a good situation. Reached out through Angi to see if we could even get anyone to respond to us within a week. Jeremy called almost immediately. We had the initial call at about 930am - Jeremy and Jason were on site by 11:30am. New hot water heater installation - complete by 3pm. Both gave us great advice and recommendations for the project - from "repairing" our aging hot water heaters, to what options would be best with new units. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional, and honest . Plus they gave up their Easter Sunday to spend it on this job. We look forward to working with J & J in the future.

Were able to assess (for free) and replace my hot water tank within 6 hours of first contacting me. They were very friendly and answered any question I had about this project and even gave some advice on a few DIY projects I have this spring that will end up saving me money and time. It was emergency service so while the price was high, seems on the high end of reasonable.
