The owner, Josh, was prompt and cordially professional. The tan upstairs carpet was installed in the mid 2000s and I might have had it cleaned once since then. With several cats during that time, I was just hoping to get the carpet back to looking passably presentable, but Josh got it looking virtually brand new. I am very pleased with his results, and I found his pricing to be competitive with other quotes I received.

We were pleased with Josh's ability to get our living room upholstered furniture and carpet clean! Later, we noticed a few spots that could have used another go-over, but the results were a wonderful improvement!! Josh was very cordial, responded to our job request with an estimate quickly, and scheduled us in for the next day. He was very good about keeping in touch with us about the appointment and arrival time.

From start to finish, my experience with JS Steam-Works was top notch. I was contacted promptly and appt was set for the next day. The technician Josh was very professional. He did a great job bringing back our carpets that have seen mileage from kids and dogs for years. I would highly recommend this company.

Iâ ve never used Josh or his company before but I had several really bad pet stains. Josh got them out and at a reasonable price. Seems like I got a lot more personal attention than with the big name carpet cleaners. Iâ ll use Josh again and Iâ ll also recommend him to others.
