Shaun Poland & his crew are very professional & skilled! We have a beautiful new roof that was very well done! From introduction, to making recommendations at our request, to roofing, to clean-up these guys are the best! Shaun brought samples by so that we could check them out beforehand. He checked in with us frequently during the process. He & his crew were friendly, & took great care to protect our property & landscaping. ACME's prices are competitive & very reasonable. Their's was the best out of 4-5 we checked. The clean-up was awesome! They used a metal detector & thoroughly examined the landscaping for debris. They remove any & all roofing debris. The roof is intact, secure, without leaks. If one could say having a roof put on was a pleasant experience, well, seriously, we were amazed! Thank you so much Mr Poland & Crew!

We had some quirks with our project before it could even start and he came many times to assist, prep, offer suggestions, make changes. We did a final walk through and he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. He built an atmosphere of trust, was honest, the whole experience was great.

I had my roof and some siding replaced by Acme. Work looks fantastic. Shaun was very easy to talk with. Explained things and answered any questions I had. The whole team is extremely professional. Work was done on time and as promised. Definitely recommend Acme to anyone.

Great crew and super professional!

Excellent! They removed 2 layers of shingles, replaced rotted wood decking, added new step flashing, flashed around the chimneys, installed new 30 yr.dimensional shingles, added ridge vents, chimney caps and gutter caps. They took their time to do a proper job and worked really hard to make sure everything was sealed. The job took longer than they expected, but they were still very thorough and prompt in addressing/answering any questions I had. My house was the first roofing install completed under their new name - ACME Roofing & Siding - but it's still the same Owner and group of roofing installers as 1st Response Roofing & Siding.

1ST Response was the only roofing company that followed up with us! We needed our porch roof replaced due to moss and mold growing there. Not a huge area but one of need. Shaun Poland, the owner, came out and determined what was needed. The rains came soon after but he was sure to get it done. We had to go out of town but he went ahead with the work with our son being there for any needs. Shaun matched the shingles, replaced other things and even fixed some capping problems . Clean up was great and the price was perfect for shingles that will repel moss and mildew. We will use again and recommend them to anyone !
