It has been such a privilege to have Stellar Construction complete our first floor remodel involving kitchen, fireplace, new flooring and stairway. The are an outstanding company with excellent people! Remodeling is a journey and along the way the team surely became like family. They have gone the extra mile for us and we are so thrilled with our results. We highly recommend and look forward to having them do more projects for us in the future.

Scheduling, communication, design assistance and help/guidance with material selection made the process smooth and the final result is a beautiful master bath. If you are looking for a reputable contractor for a home remodel, we highly recommend Steller Construction for the job. Steller recently completed a major remodel of our home with a complete remodel of our kitchen, master bathroom, two additional bathrooms, and all new hardwood floors on our main floor. We were very pleased from start to finish with the process. Steller essentially gave us a brand new home and the outcome is truly amazing. All Steller employees and trades were professional, kind, punctual, focused, and hard-working. We were treated with the utmost respect. Bryan Lipps, the owner, was very hands-on and responsive to all questions along the way. Whenever an issue would arise in the project, Bryan and his team were very prompt in addressing and correcting the issue. Cassie played a huge role in the success of the project by maintaining the organization, structure, and welcoming open communication at all times. She had a very patient and laid-back demeanor throughout it all even when we threw a curveball her way. Willie and Justin were standouts to us for our project. They were a calming force for us as the weeks were coming to a close ensuring us that the job was going to wrap up exactly how we envisioned the finished product to be. We cannot praise Willie enough for the quality and detail he puts into his work. He truly cares about doing a job correctly. Although there were many more, a few other standouts for us were Shawn, Shawn Jr., and Jason. Every trade involved in our job did a highly professional job. Steller is very aware of the budget each client wants to stay within. Cassie really does an amazing job of guiding you on how to stay within your estimated budget for the materials. They listened to exactly what we wanted and would offer great advice along the whole process. We never felt as if we were being sold anything. Stellar Construction is an exceptional company that will stand behind its workmanship. We highly recommend Steller Construction. We will definitely be using them for another project in our future. Hired to install a new electrical panel, generator transfer switch, and a few new outdoor outlets. A technician, working on a live panel, blew the circuits for my geothermal furnace which caused the circuit board to fry. Switched breakers from one box to the other and did not label anything. I now have to guess what powers what. They did split the cost of the fried circuit board of $1200 repair with me. Of course, it was their fault 100%. Installed the outdoor outlets for the pool heater but never ran the line. Installed the wrong connection (female) for the generator transfer switch, which they said they would replace with the male portion. It has been since December, endless follow-ups and excuses from Bryan yet nothing has been done. Nowm he ignores follow-up emails. What started out promising quickly went downhill. Beware...

absolutely love our new master bathroom from Steller Construction and would happily work with them again. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and our new room is simply beautiful. We had initially selected a different contractor, which was a headache. The other contractor tried to make us use their vendors and products (most likely they are financially compensated for this). For example, they pushed the use of a composite solid floor for the shower instead of my choice of marble tiles and they claimed that their limited choice of acrylic tubs (which were more expensive) were superior to my choice of a resin slipper tub. Fortunately, we were able to cancel our plans with them. In contrast, Steller Construction was easy to work with and professional. I felt like they were focused during the process on making me happy with the new room. We had done our homework in comparison pricing and they were competitive and allowed us to select any product that we wanted. Also, they didnâ t add on costs during the project. Inevitably, issues arise when remodeling an older house and they made it all work. They also allowed us to take advantage of possibilities that emerged after demolition (e.g., a higher ceiling in one part of the room) and didnâ t add on costs for this. Finally, I appreciated that they followed policies to protect against Covid-19 transmission to make the project safe for us.

I hired steller to upgrade my home to a 200 amp service. A few months ago I would have rated them 4 stars, as the issues after the work were minor and they returned promptly to fix them. They did the work very promptly which I was happy with. However, we recently discovered the microwave circuit breaker was poorly wired. The wire was loose which caused the wire to heat up and melt. I would attach pictures but it doesnâ t let me. We are thankful the breaker popped and did not cause a fire. I will be replacing the breaker and melted wire myself so I know itâ s done right. I am disappointed we had this issue as the reason we hired a professional to do the work was so it was done properly and safely.
