      Shawn from Terminix was on time, called ahead, told me exactly what he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend he and the Terminix team.

      Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for today for Terminex to come out between 1-5pm to spray all over my whole house for wasps and spiders. Then today they called me at 11am to confirm that someone will be coming out between 1-5pm. I sit and wait until 5:30 and then I call to see where they are and if they are just running behind schedule. The lady said to me "oh we don't have you down that you had an appointment today." They told me that my appointment was canceled and they are not sure by who. So the person on the phone says they will have a manager call me back. I wait and wait. Then I send them a chat message. Then they tell me that a manger should call me within one business day. Well today is Friday so I guess I won't get an appointment today or tomorrow. So then I ask to cancel my program. The chat tells me I have to call in for that. So I call again only to get the rudest man ever who could care less about anything in his life let alone someone elses. I told him I want to cancel my contract. He rudely told me that I don't have a contract and then he asked if I needed anything else. I said no and he hung up. I DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO CALL! I will NEVER EVER EVER work with terminex ever. Not that I really worked with them in the first place since my appointment was mysteriously canceled. I have already scheduled services with someone else so hopefully I will be treated fairly and with some respect and get better customer service.

      5. Sex Offender Search
        We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
      6. Bankruptcy Search
        We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
      7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
        We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
      8. Liens Search
        We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
      9. Identity Verification (SSN)
        HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
      10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
        We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
