Write a ReviewThe price for what was done was ridiculous
They're customer service was great. The plumber explained what we had to do and we hired them.
First off, Ecoplumbers is ridiculously expensive. They charged me ~$300 for labor to remove an old faucet and install a new one. Total actual labor hours were ~1.5, so that works out to ~$200/hour. Ouch!!! Second, I had originally asked for a full service quote, which included the removal and installation of the floorboard beneath the sink. It wasn't until the tech showed up at the work site was I told that they don't do that type of work. Had they been honest and told me that in the beginning, I would not have proceeded with them. BE EXTREMELY CLEAR WITH THEM ABOUT THE WORK YOU WANT PERFORMED AND GET IT IN WRITING THAT THEY WILL PERFORM THAT WORK! Bottom line: good work quality, average customer service, poor value for the money.
Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable. Fixed the leak in no time. Realized the problem was not in the fittings, but because the pipes were not plumb! Who would have thought?! Definitely keeping their number handy! Josh was polite and efficient! Thank you!
Identified problem, explained and fixed. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job.
Excellent communication leading up to and during installation of new water heater. Estimate and install completed in matter of a few hours. Price seemed a bit high, but you get what you pay for and I am very pleased.
.
I would highly recommend him!
Very nice people and did a great job fixing our toilet leak. It was a little pricey just to change the wax ring, but definitely worth it when you don't have time to do it yourself. Plus the technician had all the tools and a shop vac to clean up the excess water and was done in a fraction of the time it took my husband his first time replacing a wax ring :)
