The company quickly returned my inquiry. Once a time and date were determined, the service technician was at my door promptly when I was told he would be there. Bob Hickey was friendly, efficient, and very competent, I would use Eco Plumbers again and i would request Bob.

The tech that came out was very nice,friendly & professional. He kept his word to come back in a day or so to add the last piece that we didn't have, he had to get the last piece on his own
