These guys were awesome! They came out without me needing to be present, completed the job quickly and at a very affordable price. Nick and team were very friendly, efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend using this company for your home construction needs!

I would not recommend 1st Choice. I called them to look at my garage roof which was leaking. Nick sent a young man whose English was non-existent. It was very difficult to communicate with him. He spent an hour evaluating my garage roof, as well as the roof on the rest of my house. There was some minor existing damage to one gutter, and Nick convinced me that 6 roof vents needed to be re-nailed. It took him 30 minutes ( 5 min. per vent) to re-nail the vents, and 30 minutes to repair the gutter. He was at my house for 2 hours, maximum. I then talked to Nick on the phone to find out what I owed for the 2 hours. Nick quoted me a price of $1008. This was for 2 hours of evaluation and minor repairs. Needless to say, I was not happy, and Nick and I had a very heated discussion. We finally settled at $750. Nick said he would send me an invoice for the work done, as well as an estimate to replace my roof. I never received either one. There is no way that 1st Choice can justify charging over $1000 for two hours of work. The $750 I settled for was still a major rip-off. If you are in need of a new roof, I would call any other company but 1st Choice.

Nick was very personable and he explained things very clearly on what's going on. They charge accordingly and very reasonable. We will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Should not have done this project during spring rains. Customer service needs to follow through better. Had to call several times to find out if employees are going to work that day. 3-5 day project took over 2 weeks to complete, yup spring rains, bummer. Next time will make sure company is 100% working for me not split handling working other jobs at the same time.

Very professional service. The crew were absolutely fabulous. They were on time and, considering they found additional leaks, they discussed these additional repairs in advance that the job would cost more that additional planned. They worked through the thunder and rain storm and repaired the additional issues to completion. Thanks guys.
