I called these guys and described the problem after heavy winds. The estimate was cautious as it should have been. I received a call the next day indicating someone would be at the house to verify the damage and estimate. They showed up, completed the job and ran with the estimate which was entirely reasonable. For these guys to come in and finish the job with no fuss and no problems was awesome. I would wholly recommend 1st Choice Home Construction to anyone. Competent, thorough, above and beyond what was asked for..... Good company and a pleasure to work with.

1st Choice Home Construction Co. is TERRIFIC!! Shay was very professional, knowledgeable, & prompt. We had some roof damage following a wind storm & he responded immediately by phone & understood the importance of replacing the shingles before the next rains came (which were forecast w/in the week!) He was able to bring the matching shingles using Google Image for type & color!! Our roof was repaired & we had the assurance that the whole roof was fine within 24 hrs of speaking with Shay! We also gained valuable knowledge about our roof & projected future care. We highly recommend Shay & his company for quality services!!! Thanks Shay for giving service that goes that extra mile....we will certainly be calling you again!

After a tree limb punched a hole through my roof I called several roofers and Shay was the only one I could reach the day after a big windstorm. He repaired the hole that same day and helped me avoid water damage to my house.

Very impressed with this company. They were quick to respond, the quote was so fair. I felt like they really should have charged a little more. the work was done right then, he came with everything when he came to quote the job. How wonderful since water was leaking into my home - and we are just now getting into our rainy season. Shay and Nick - you are the best and I will let anyone who ask how wonderful you are. You are truly gentlemen - thank you for not taking advantage of a little old lady.

Shay promised a fair price and a job done well and he delivered! Nick did excellent work on our deck repair and he even went above and beyond to fix a few other issues with the deck that were not part of the damage we had requested repair on. He also gave us advice on how to maintain our deck ourselves and extend its life. We will definitely be hiring them again if we ever need repair again in the future and/or when we are ready to replace our deck!

Shay was very prompt, found more issues than I knew about, and fixed them all for a very reasonable price! He communicated very well. I will have him back to do anything else that I ever need.

Shay was awesome right from Project onboarding process. He walked me through the process of Inspection and repair so that I understand what is going to happen during the entire project.Not many contractors do this today.Nick showed up next day with materials for fixing and after work is finished he explained what was broken and what was done for fix as well and gave me a little lesson on Roofing on what to look for from maintenance standpoint. He made sure that there were no leaks inside attic as well. Both Shay and Nick are awesome to work with and woudl recommend them for projects around the house.
