Write a ReviewThey arrived when they said they would. Resolved the issue in a professional manner. Easy to work with these guys
365 Roofing responded promptly with a fair price to repair damage to our shed roof preventing any further leaks. They also removed moss and treated for moss. While here, I inquired about some additional work on our house roof and porches. He gave me a fair price and performed the additional work the same day. I highly recommend this company and will call them again when other issues arise.
We had a leak in our roof, with water dripping near a skylight. 365 Roofing was very responsive when we called them at first. They came out and looked at the skylight, and offered to repair or replace. We chose to repair it, because we were not ready to invest in a new one. It is a good thing we didn't buy a new skylight, because the problem was not in the skylight at all. Just a few weeks after "repairing; our roof, the leak reappeared. When they first repaired the roof, they told us there was no warranty, but we still expected their repairs to last longer than 3 weeks. So we called them and told them about our problem. They promised to come back and take another look. So we made another appointment - but they never showed up. We tried calling them back, but they never returned our phone calls. It turns out the skylight was never the problem - the issue was the chimney. So now we are searching for a new company to do a different repair.
They gave the most complete estimate without any addendums and up-charges for extra work. There was a bit of extra work that they thought would need to be done to make sure the job was done right. They did it and honored their bid. I am happy that I went with this company for my roofing needs.
he came out give me a quote then he said that he can did the job an i said go for it
Extremely efficient. Great job(Tiny New Porch)...all in one day, wonderful
They cleaned the moss off our roof.
I had a roof leak occur when the ice melted. Steve called me and I had to get back to him because I was trying to get water mitigation company out. Called back at 10PM. He said he could get his guys out to my home next day at 8:30AM or 9:30AM and that he worked with insurance. One guy arrived on time. The other with the actual ladder didn't arrive until like 11:45 or something. This is probably because of the road conditions. His guys got on the roof and identified the problem and I asked them to take photos of the top for insurance because I needed to get reimbursement for the roof repair later. I got the initial photos, but they were kinda low quality. I was quoted $6500 for the repair and in retrospect I feel like I might have been taken advantage of. I had to scramble to get the money in cash and with all the rain forecasted for the rest of the week, I basically rolled the dice and went with him just so I could have more peace of mind that the problem wouldn't get worse. They also did not take photos after it was done like Steve had told me it would after the fact. They just left and I had to call Steve to figure out if they were done or not. Had Steve make some changes to the invoice to get what I wanted for insurance and he was helpful in that aspect. Unfortunately, the pictures were not clear enough for insurance to identify the issue and they contacted Steve to get more information. I personally contacted Steve to work with the insurance also. After that, Steve stopped returning any of my follow-up calls and even if I have warranty issues I expect he will not return my calls even though he warrants the work for 2 years. The work quality I assume is top knotch because I have not had a leak occur, but the experience of hearing one thing and then having another done really puts me off about working with them again in the future.
Well, I am sorry you feel like that. It was Christmas Eve morning with ice on the roof and snow on a metal roof. On a three-level house, we repair the leak, and yes, you will be charged a little extra for Christmas Eve and very poor condition on a three-level house.Â
They were able to quickly take care of our needs.
Great attention to detail. Easy to work with.
