3D Cleaning Services, Inc.

I hired 3D Cleaning Services because they offered a good price for carpet cleaning and Douglas sounded like a nice person on the phone. Douglas and his associate came to clean the carpets. They were on time and did a good job cleaning the carpets. However, the next day, I noticed there was a small hole in the wall behind one of the bedroom doors. The door stopper appeared to have been bent. 3D Cleaning Services were the last people to be in the house prior to us moving back into the house. I contacted Douglas and even took pictures of the damage. Initially Douglas questioned that the damage was from 3D Cleaning Services. I responded that there was no other company or service in the house between his visit and us going back into the house to check on it the following day. In addition, while Douglas and I walked through the house the day the carpets were cleaned, none of the doors were closed in the bedrooms such that anyone of us would have noticed the hole behind the door. I had the damage fixed and told Douglas the price that was initially quoted to me for fixing the damage. Douglas asked that I send him the receipt for the work and 3D Cleaning Services would reimburse me. In the end, it worked out for him because my handyman did not charge me for fixing the damage. I notified Douglas and informed him that my handyman did not charge me for the work. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend 3D Cleaning Services without explaining my experience.

Prompt and did a great job!

Mr. Douglas, owner of 3D Cleaning Services, was a delight to work with. He went out of his way to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. I would use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Mr. Douglas and his crew arrived promptly and did an excellent job in cleaning my windows and screens. They were friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to use 3D again.

This would be 5 stars if the service had not been postponed twice, though the first time was because of weather. Mr. Douglas communicated to us on a timely basis throughout. The work was completed very satisfactorily and the price was excellent for the service. He also gave us a very fair estimate for future window cleaning service for which we will use this company. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mr. Douglas and his crew met all my requirements for clean windows on the date I requested at a reasonable cost. They were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again.

The owner and two fellas were so nice they did a excellent job I will use them again.

Professional, on time

The men who came were extremely knowledgeable and very nice to work with. The project manager, Jimmy, came first and started taking out the screens. His crew came very soon after n I was able to add windows without a problem. Darrell, the owner, came to help and was excellent ataking sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.
