They did a beautiful job even cleaned my carpet, they took off the shoes.

Showed up when they said they would. Did a great job.

The windows look fantastic. I also had them clean a very stained carpet and was very pleased with that as well. I asked them to clean the gutters while they were there. Even though we had a gutter guard Mr. Douglas showed me that they were still full of sediment. They worked nonstop and did a great job. My only complaint is that they left one area of gutter guard up over the shingles and forgot to wash it as well. It was at a very difficult area to get to which may explain the oversight; but also is the reason we hired it out.

would like to be told beforehand what all is included in the price estimate, I.e., yes or no for sills/tracks

Mr. Douglas did the entire effort by himself in a most timely and professional manner. The windows had not been cleaned in years and now they are sparkling. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Mr. Douglas and his company.

Mr. Douglas and his assistant Edwin were very professional and lovely to deal with. The price for the job was definitely easy to swallow:-). And they really tried to make friends with my dog Chloe who was not in a very sociable mood.

Mr. Darrell Douglas is exctremely professional in his approach to include his demeanor, people to people communicative skills, cleanly dressed to include covering for his shoes when entered our home. Once they arrived - they were 1-1/2 hrs late - they did a great job of my outside windows and the frames. Windows look great and the price was right. I would hire again but with stipulation that they be on time. Update 5/18/19: I have been using 3D for 6 yrs now and cannot say enough good about the service. They not only have cleaned my windows, but have power washed our house/sidewalk, gutters, and washed/waxed my tired hard wood floors. Darrell and his men are professionals and do outstanding work. You cannot go wrong!
