This company loves to get their payment, but now that it is time to do warranty work now that is a easy. Owner Thomas Vondra, stated that I was just being a big pain and I could do the issues myself. DO NOT HIRE !!!!! VERY NICE WHEN STARTING BUT FORGET THE WARRANTY!!!!
Response from Company:
touchup material provided for customer caused damage. easy touchup. $50 to repair

Tom painted 4 homes in Challenger Park and did a good job on each of them. I would hire him to paint again. I have feedback from the other three homes he painted, as we went in together on this project and they are all satisfied with his work on their homes.

Tom was very courteous and punctual. He even requested quotes, for us, from other gutter contractors so we could change the gutters before he did the paint job. However, when it came to the paint job itself, Tom insisted all the prep work we've done on the house was worthless because he would have to do it all over again. He did none! I left home at 10am, and by 5pm the house was painted already. No crack was sealed, no old flake removed. I've done most of what was needed, but the prep work was not completed. Also, Tom painted the house with the wrong color, because, when I gave him the paint name and code number, he did not write it down. When he went to buy the paint he only mentioned the name, which, I admit, it was confusingly close to an older name from the same manufacturer(fire brick vs. fired brick.) Since the color is not bad, I did not ask Tom to paint it again. The paint job itself is very good, and Tom used a very good paint too. Also, he left the job site very clean. In conclusion, whatever Tom did, he did it well, but only did part of what I paid him for. Would I hire him again? Yes, but only if I had the time to watch him, and make sure he does ALL the work.

Tom did a good job, I really won't know how good until a few years have passed and we see how the paint job holds up . Tom needs to provide a little more detail on the job quote, needs to write down everyting we discussed specifically so there can be no doubt wat was agreed on and what was not. I am very pleased with Tom's work.

Our house looks great! I would highly recommend Tom. He doesn't skimp on the paint, and gave us a very good price.

A specific meeting to select colors with Tom Vonda would have simplified the process. I would definitely hire him and his team again.

Tom and his crew did a good job. They could have done a better job by putting some of things that they moved away from the house back in place. Overall, the paint job looks good and Tom is a very nice and courteous fellow. He also offered a good price.
