Elton was very prompt and very relaxed. Not in a hurry to push a sale. He showed when he said he would be here. After my wife and i discussed the need, we called him back for a final estimate and signed the contract. Gave a deposit and scheduled the work within 2 days. The three workers showed up on time, were very pleasant and very neat and clean with their work. They did exactly as was drawn up and finished in a timely manor. An absolute pleasure doing business with the company and their employees. I will highly recommend at any time. Also gave me tips on the use of the fireplace as a first timer.

Very bad customer service. Have a lot to learn about customer relations. Very disorganized. Stay away I wouldn't let them wash my car. Very unprofessional. Price is very high.

Next time you hire someone, and they come at your house in no time to repair your roof, repair your vents, and clean your gutters that they haven't been clean in 10 years, the list you can do it's to be there for them and pay them in time. And not block all my numbers and not answer any of my 100 calls. Be a man and grow a pair. Your one star review doesn't do anything to me. I run this company on sweat and tears doing the right thing for my clients.
