Very prompt and quality service. Hired for a main water line repair and they came out the same day for an estimate, and the next day repaired it + called the city inspector to approve the work. Reasonable price; 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with A1 Pro Services, a family business. My main water line was leaking at the wall to my house â you could hear a hiss and the concrete blocks were seeping. After finding A1 Pro Services on Home Advisor with the highest rating, they came out the next day for an estimate. Friendly and professional, Ed knew immediately what the issue was and since our house was built in the late 70â s, said it was common with the plastic pipe they used. They do this kind of work a lot, so he was able to offer 2 options and quotes right away explaining the differences in the digging needed on the outside of the house. We got quotes from a second company who made it sound way more complicated and expensive, which worried me if/when there were complications. So we scheduled A1 Pro Services 5 days out to get the entire line replaced with copper pipe and a 10-year warranty. One unexpected issue was finding the curb box (water tap at the street) and dealing with the City Water Company. The tracer came out to find the curb box the day before work to be done and it was buried under our driveway! He was a very nice man and said the city would cut the driveway and patch it but when the distribution crew came to open it up, they said it was broken. I did appreciate that during my conversation with the tracer, he knew A1 Pro Services and said they did good work. I had no idea it would take the city 2 weeks to get another crew back out, throughout which I texted Ed and he always saved a day for us to get the work done in case the city finished. He was patient and seemed relaxed through this odd dealing with the city, which helped me relax and I always felt that Ed would help us with little unexpected twists and turns along the way without tacking on extra fees. On the big day, the copper pipe went in without any problems and the work was finished in less than time than estimated, but of course, we just had to wait on the city inspector before filling in the hole. Overall, communicating with A1 Pro Services was extremely helpful during this trying experience and I would highly recommend them.
