They were very polite. Arrived at the expected time. Already had city inspectors scheduled. Cleaned up. They did a great job. We are very satified. We would recommend them!!

They replaced our water main from city connection into basement. They dug just at city connection and right next to home where pipe came in. This allowed for minimal damage to lawn. They seeded and applied hay to are where grass was removed. Friendly, professional and were great to work with from estimate through finish.

Four reasons I would recommend A1 Pro Services. 1) Ed from A1 responded to my request for a quote immediately after I sent the request via Angie's List and was at my house to provide an assessment of the issue and quote within a day. 2) Their quote was $2,000 less than the other two companies that quoted the same job. 3) A1 showed up on time and completed the job, including inspection, within the quoted time. 4) Ed and team were respectful to me, my wife and our property during the entire experience. Ed and Blue were on time, they were friendly and professional and worked non-stop for 7-8 hours installing a new water main on my property. They were also cheaper than their competitors. I would recommend them.

I hired A1 Pro Services to install a pool and concrete patio. The lines in my concrete do not match. The concrete is chipping away in big chunks. The bottom of my pool is not smooth. When they installed the concrete, they only used two people for a patio that is very large. I looked at previous images and personally went to a job they were working on before hiring them. Our concrete job looks nothing like those jobs.

The customer signed off on all 4 stages of the project at the time of completion, accepting the work and releasing the payments for the project. When the customer later expressed dissatisfaction with some concrete finish imperfections, we told them we would remove all of the concrete at our cost and remove the concrete portion from the invoice so they could have another contractor of their choice do it. The customer reached back out to us and asked us for a discount amount.
