Do not hire this company. They made the situation in my basement worse. The city came out the next day and tried to call them to get my money back when they saw that the job had not been done

Nolan and his team are amazing. They kept us in the loop the whole time. Any issues they ran into they let us know right away, and had multiple solutions on how to fix them. Nolan and his team were even able to save us money after they started to work and were able to come up with a better solution. Hands down some of the best people I have worked with. They treat you as if you were their own family.

This company is too bad. I initially left them a glowing review. I should have waited a couple of months before leaving my review. They got a lot of money out of me to replace my sump pump, and hydro jet my sewer line. The sewer line backed up again a couple of months later, and Steve refused to return my calls. I called another plumber out only to find out that there was a break in my sewer pipe that this company never said anything about. Plus the sump pump that I just replaced was causing more harm than good, because the part is too small, and is not even sealed properly. So the water was coming right back into my basement. I called once again speaking to Nolan this time who set up an appointment to come out. Then decided not to show up or even call. I have a lifetime warranty on their work, but they refuse to answer my calls, return my messages, or even come back out. Now I have a bigger problem then what I started with. I would never recommend this company, they should be remove anywhere. They are liars. If I had an option they would not have received this half a star.
