Write a ReviewApprox. 75 feet of sewer replacement lines under a basement was contracted, inclusive of cleanup, to leave in condition ready for painting. We were pressured into final payment due to a family crisis by owner Nolan because he wanted to turn his phone off. The workers left by 1:30 pm, leaving too-wet cement and thick layer of concrete dust over entire basement. I was told individually by 2 different workers, Tommy and Jim, that the work would be completed the following week, which never happened. I have had the final work and cleanup appraised and will have to spend a minimum of 1000. to complete the job. The concrete is rough and needs to be ground down for painting. Needless to say, never pay off the job until the work is done.
This company did an amazing job in little to no time. My basement was flooded with over 2 feet of water and they were able to get it all out. They were also able to replace the basement sewer line.
Honest, efficient, reliable. What more is there to say? When you want it done right the first time, go with AAA Damage Control. From start to finish, my sewer line replacement took less than a week. The job was big, involving digging up over 30 feet of basement cement and install a new sewer line. The crew was fast, efficient, and well organized. They really worked great to coordinate the project and were all masters at their craft. I am so happy I went with them and avoided the run around. They got the job done, a week before Christmas at that. My family was able to enjoy the holiday without worry of backed up sewage. They also cleaned up everything and left no mess behind. Louis did an excellent job recementing and finishing the basement. Steve was very knowledge and we were glad he was able to explain the process. All around good company. Would definitely hire them again, although I hope I do not need to.
Nolan is not reliable and will say whatever to get the job and then do whatever he feels is necessary. He told me he would snake a new pipe into an existing drain and then when he got here said he could not do that as it might not go all the way through. Then we agreed where he would dig, but he brought such a large piece of equipment ,he dug where I did not want my garden dug up. He was also 2 weeks late in coming, giving a different excuse every day. At the end of the job, he took the original cover for my drain and never returned it and then never gave us our warranty!
This is wildly untrue. We went over and beyond to make you happy hand digging multiple flowers and bushes out of the way. We did the job exactly how we explained it to you and how the contract is written. You tried to not pay us at the end and I told you you would not have any warranties. The reason you didn?t want to pay is because we had to call off sick two days it didn?t change the cost of the job in any way shape or form. You reluctantly paid after we told your husband there would be no warranty if you didn?t make final payment. Unfortunately we can?t make every customer happy and it seems like you were trying to get something for free a
Our sewer line was blocked and sewage gas was permeating our house and sewage was starting to spread in the basement, We initially called RotoRooter and they spent two days scratching their heads while we lived in sewer smell and could not flush our toilets, take showers, do laundry or wash dishes. We fired them when they came up with an exhorbatent cost which we would not even be able to afford. Next day I called Home Advisor and they recommended AAA. They came within two hours and Nolan, the owner, was working away and cleared our line so we could at least flush and shower. He is fair, HONEST and funny. I guess you kind of have to be funny to be a plumber. I honestly have never seen a harder worker. I will use him forever.
Great company, honest and fair. Price was a little steep for me but they did work with me and we made it work. They did the job the said they would and he explained everything step by step. I would hire again.
I called AAA Damage Control to Camera and jet the storm drains as the downspouts are not draining. The owner Nolan Stahl came out and told them there is a block. He quoted the price, $3250 for replacing 10 ft of pipe in the yard for Storm drain. I was a little hesitant to proceed but he kept selling and was offering two years of warranty. He seem very confident and told, he installed 1000 feet of pipe. The next day he came and started the job. The first red flag, the Handy Rents came and dropped off the excavator. Nolan says, his equipment is on another job. I wondered why he is not on his other job, where his equipment is being used. He probably does not own any equipment. He asked for half down before he starts the job, I paid: $1625. After two hours of digging, he stops and looks very confused, he comes up and says, the blockage is actually further down and he needs to replace another 80 feet of pipe. The area where dug and broke the pipe is perfectly fine. He proceeds to write up another quote for $12,500. I noticed he dug into the septic leech field. I did not accept the new quote, he left shortly and Handy Rents came and picked up the equipment. I now have a big hole in the yard and broken septic leech field. He would not respond to calls. I want them to fix the broken leech field and fix the pipe that they broke. I felt cheated, bait and switch scheme, quote a lower price and after the job is started, raised the price.
had new drain lines to street installed. they were very good and worked non stop.
To replace a sump pump they jackhammered the floor, took the base out, and broke the pipes. They then proceeded to tell us they needed to tear up the basement floor all around the edges. $16,500. Called the city engineer who said dont do it. They were scamming us. Got an honest company out and had to pay them to replace the pipes AAA broke and put in a new sump pump. Normally, the base is not removed, just the top. I paid AAA a deposit of $1750 to spend an hour in my basement and destroy my home!
This is wildly untrue. This customer had a sump pump pit full of mud we dug up the sump pump pit to replace it and halfway through the job they stopped us. The mud was infiltrating through the broken pit. We did quote to replace the internal footer drain as it has multiple mechanical problems. We spoke to the city engineer who denies such allegations and apologizes to us for her misrepresenting his words. We offered to come back and camera the lines to show and reinforce our diagnostics again. We were met with vulgar language and hostility. I would advise any other person to please look at all of our Other wonderful reviews and do not let this.
