From the initial install to the final bill, Tony, Barbara and his crew were professional and timely. In the estimating process, Tony made recommendations that saved us money in repairs while still making the house winter-ready. To make the best match of my old tile, they carefully removed old tile from the back for use in the front where it was a better match, and used the new tile in the back where the slight differences in color would not be noticed. I feel confident that we are entering winter in good shape.

The replacement and repairs performed were outstanding and of quality work. I would most definitely use them again.

The work on repairing my roof and replacing some shingles was done the same day that Lobo Const. called me. The shingles had blown off in the recent wind storms and the workman also tacked and applied Henry to some loose shingles.

Estimate was done promptly. After deposit was paid, asked for schedule but they didn't have one yet. Thought they would notify before repairs but next notification was the final bill. Seems that they weren't able to match the current shingles as looks to be a different color on a small portion of the patch.

Lobo Construction service was tremendous! They cleaned up after themselves, worked steadily, and are a darn good company. I am truly satisfied.

While the estimator did not show on the bid all the work requested, the workmen who were here completed all tasks, plus they did a little extra not even expected. Cheers to the people who actually do the work.
