Not only did Aaron provide quality work, he responded to our messages/emails right away and he completed our drawings before the deadline we needed them by. He told me it would take 2 weeks, and now it has been 4 months and I have not got nothing, I paid in full and have not got anything.

We are very sorry and share your frustration with the longer than normal timeline for your building permit. It is our company's promise for all clients to recieve their project drawings and deliverables within the first few weeks of contract. After this promise had been met, timing to receive permit was/is unfortunately in the permit office's hands. Absolute professionals. BUT, I did not think they listened to what I wanted and after I paid, provided me with designs I specifically asked not to have. I asked for contemporary designs but instead, I got the opposite... I did not want to pay additional to get it fixed because after I had paid, I realized it was way too overpriced to begin with... This led me to believe they did not listen to my design needs.
