Price was Averaged-High but work was done Very Good, Quickly, Neatly and Professional so yes I got what I paid for. Customer Service was Exceptional. Highly Recommend, Very Detail on Explaining what was going to be done, What was Done and how to Operate the System and to top it ALL he even left the Door Open off I have any problem not to Hesitate to call him. The company, irresponsibly, did not provide an invoice, they abuse prices charging between 3 and 4 times for a replacement part and mistreating their clients. Tricking their clients into paying amounts over what is paid in the market.
It is company policy to provide an estimate and have an agreement prior to completing a job. When a system is damaged and needs to be repaired, digging, locating, and identifying the problem takes time. We take pride in the work performed and strive for customer satisfaction. Our focus is on providing the best service. Unfortunately, sometimes the cost is high, especially when repairing a system. We are not in the business of overcharging. An unhappy customer is a lost customer, plus another recommendation lost. In your specific situation, there were a lot of adjustments that were made to your system and were not charged as the goal was to.
