First, his wife came with their not so well child. She looked around and gave me and my friend an estimate of costs. Hours later, her husband arrived. He gave me a different price. Just a little higher. I agreed with the price because 4/5 major items were going to get done. Hang 4 new doors with door knobs, repair storm door, as he said I would need a new frame, fix bi-fold door where dryer was sticking out and take down mirror on one wall and sand it. Additionally was going to move a couch from one room to another. I agreed to $325.00. Besides material. He spent many hours and hung one door - no knob, no paint. Did not take down mirror, sand, and bring to dumpster in my community. There are 3 more doors and knobs sitting in my living room. Oh, by the way, the bi-fold doors - the electrician said I hired the wrong handyman as a knowledgeable one would know he could cut the drywall 1/2" as electrical wiring starts at 1 1/4 so the dryer could be pushed back and the doors would close. Finally, after our first meeting I paid more then 50% of what we agreed. it was agreed about the time and not the project at this point. I had to wait one month before he could return to finish. Well guess what his wife who schedules the appointment said that she didn't agree with me on the price to take down a mirror. That it would cost double what I agreed with her husband. Third time price change. Watch for unorganized scheduling and nothing as far as work and price put on a work order. Beware!!

Very responsive and professional. Showed up on time with all the materials needed to complete the installation. Will definitely use A&H again.

I needed to replace my front door. After I talked to him on the phone. He got the door I needed. Within 2 hours the door was replaced.
