I like the quality of their work. And A & J gave me a reasonable price. I'm happy to hire A & J to fix my Apartment.

Besides doing a pretty good job tiling my backsplash, the workers were polite and respectful, to me and my building. They also helped me to keep costs down by allowing me to provide all the materials.

I first hired A&J to remodel a bathroom located in my rental property. I liked his work so much, I had him remodel another bathroom in my new house. In addition, I hired him to do cement work in my backyard and currently have him doing addition work in my home (electrical and plumbing). I can't say enough nice things about Mubarack and the gentlemen who work for him. They are quite considerate and professional. In fact, they managed to take a half-bath that we thought would never have room for a shower and made it all work. He goes over the construction with you, and you can make changes along the way without him adding more to the cost. In terms of price, he is most reasonable and provides quality work. I can't tell you how many times I've texted or called him and he gets back to you right away. I have so many other plans for the new house and will need upkeep on the rental property and plan on only using his company. I highly recommend their services!!

Wanted hallway and closet wall skim coated, removal/installation of base molding, and painted. What I received? 2 terribly unskilled, unreliable, careless, messy workers. I should have fired them after they were a no show the second day because now I have to pay another contractor more money just to fix the disaster they did to my hallway and closet. Slopped on compound everywhere, literally slopped it on like they were fingerpainting. Used existing wall molding, pencil molding, and door trim to clean off their trowel and left the mounds of compound there to dry. Who does that? Destroyed 100 year old molding because of their carelessness literally tearing off the base molding. I can not even begin to describe the molding installation. Absolutely atrocious. I hired them trying to speed up house renovations so my husband does not feel so overwhelmed. My husband came home from work and was livid! He had to fire them. The owner Mobarak never showed his face even after we demanded a full refund. He made the workers return it to us. That alone says a lot. No quality control whatsoever. Not to mention they were filthy, did not contain the area they were working in, dust everywhere and I am pregnant. Absolutely C-A-R-E-L-E-S-S!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Mobarek and his team were punctual and quick in completing my job, which was mounting shelves into a wall (brick behind the drywall). I highly recommend.

I interviewed 3 contractors. Mobarak was the most detailed and specific. His price was satisfactory for the job involved.  His workers enclosed the work area in plastic. Job was swept clean at the end of every workday. No drama---everything done as planned. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A&J CONTRACTORS.
