HIGHLY recommend. John spent 30 minutes on the phone with me in detail explaining what they do, how the do it, and pricing. He even passed on some of his expertise and information so that I can assist in the process to make it much more cost effective. He only sells services that are needed and will not try and sell services simply to make money. He wants to eliminate the problem and help his customers in a cost effective way. He offered free advise of ways mice, squirrels, etc. might try and make there way into my house in the future and what I can do to prevent it. CALL Ace Animal Control!

They response was good and quick, gave a courtesy inspection with probable entry points. Set up traps and proceeded back to his headquarters and would contact in a couple days with changes and I did. I described results. he said OK and outlined the procedure on how to fix it and I accepted. Sunday, we had an appointment for him to come out and failed to show, no return calls, I did call and leave a message, day ended and it has been silence since that point. Failed to provide remedy as promised and accepted, failed to present liability insurance and it was not offered. Lack of communication, follow up failed, and I am doing remedy myself, I did not pay to do it myself. I have no return calls and that is miserable performance, took my money and that was it. Home Advisor was contacted by the customer with the above report and Home Advisor immediately contacted Ace Animal Control relative to the initial visit and proposed abatement action plan progress issues. Ace Animal Control later contacted the customer and acknowledged a failed attempt of the scheduled abatement remedy of 6.21.20; circumstances at that time did not allow the completion of the proposed abatement remedy and Ace Animal Control offered complete initial payment refund for services to date and this was accepted by the customer. Resolution of the above efforts is fair and reasonable.

He seemed knowledgeable, left a few mouse traps in the attic, with a promise to return to check on the traps if they have caught the culprits. He did not bother responding to my call to return as part of the deal.

  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
