Great thorough service from Blake Williamson. He fixed my heat pump A/C system by repairing a switch. He worked diligently to solve the problem. He also did a thorough inspection of both of my heat pump units while he was here. My system works wonderfully well and he ruled out all other possible causes. I appreciate his perseverance. It's so nice to have it cool again. Upon inspection he discovered some other issues that he addressed that the former company I used did not address. So I am thankful that Blake was observant and improved both of our systems .

Most EXCELLENT company. I have the plumbing and HVAC plans through them. They do amazing work and I would never have anyone else do most of my repairs. I trust them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

We hired Ace to: -correct the slope for the T&P valve exhaust pipe for proper drainage. -fastened sink in place at the main level bathroom. -tighten toilet to floor flange connection at rear upper level. None of the items listed above were completed. Ace employee attempted to fasten sink by putting silicone but that will not pass inspection. Ace employee was unprepared for the work listed above. He was there from 9-2pm for a job that should not have taken more than a couple of hours. I am not blaming the employee. I am blaming the company. He did not seem to know what he was doing (was on the phone most of the time with his supervisor) and they still sent him out there! We reached out to them several times for them to make it right with no response. Apparently, their manager never seems to be available. We were not asking for a full refund. We understand that their time is valuable and should be compensated. What we do not understand is why we were quoted $339 for the work listed above to be completed and still had to pay $339 even though the work was NOT completed. We do not recommend this company. The fact that the managers can not be bothered to pick up the phone for an unsatisfied customer shows their level of integrity.
