Adrian and his team just finished our lawn and it is totally transformed! They did the spring clean-up, mulched, dig trenches for the pathways, and were meticulous. Adrian was so professional and responded to our request rapidly and completed the work in a timely manner. I do not like to leave reviews and almost never do. After the way we were screwed over and the unprofessionalism of Adrian, it feels as this is our only recourse. After putting our job up on HA, Adrian contacted us quickly came out within a day to give us a quote on our project. Within a few days I contacted him back (this was a Tuesday I believe, maybe Monday) and said we d like to hire him but we had a outside graduation party that coming Sunday and we d like to have the clean up prior if possible. Please let us know if that s not possible. Based off the conversation we had when he came out to view our yard, I was initially confident that he could. He told me sure, no problem he d be out at 830am on Saturday to accommodate our request. He did show up on Saturday on time and it was spitting outside VERY light rain which stopped entirely by 845am. He told my wife that it was supposed to start raining all afternoon at 2pm. Neither of us saw this forecast, only that it says chance of afternoon storm. It never rained a drop and was beautiful ALL DAY. If every landscaper didn t work on days that the forecast called for a possible afternoon storm, they d have off most of the summer. He informed her he d be back on Tuesday to do the job. On Monday night at 9pm I get a text saying I won t be there tomorrow - I need a couple days . I told him I was not pleased and we wanted the work completed on Saturday and now your putting us off again. He apologized and said I will 100 percent for sure be there on Thursday morning at 830am. Thursday comes and No Adrian... I call him at 850am to confirm he s still coming, 5 minutes later he texts back and says **I am sorry, I cannot come I am having truck problem**. I am upset at this point and tell him that this is ridiculous and I don t even know if i believe this as he blown us off now 3x. Even if he did have a truck issue, why no call no show after blowing us off 2x previously and missing the deadline of when we needed the job to be completed. It s now Friday and still no Adrian. This experience was awful. Very unprofessional, no value of keeping his word, our time or really anything. He strung as along and continued to no show and then made up BS. Do not hire this company.

These guys were very hard workers I am very happy and would definitely use them in the future
