I had to hire him remotely as I live in a different state than the property. Right from the beginning his communication was excellent. He worked with my tenant to schedule a time to do the estimate and the work. Kept me informed of his findings and even took money off the final invoice as there was work he thought would be needed and was not. My tenants were very happy with the work he performed and his conduct while he was in the house. I would absolutely recommend him for any project he is capable of.
