    I would highly recommend Affordable Home Repairs! My wife and I have been restoring a historic home for the past two years and we got to a point where we needed an expert. My father has been a contractor for 50 years so I had pretty high standards and expectations for the work I wanted done. Scott was the consummate professional! He arrived on time, has a wide command of construction knowledge and topics and knew exactly what needed to be done. He and his crew went above and beyond in doing the work. He repaired four difficult areas of exterior trim work as well as installed widow’s walk type balcony on the second floor of my home. He demanded no front money and also paint matched the trim color and painted all the new wood he installed. I would highly recommend Scott and his wife Nicole for any and all home repairs! I will certainly be using him again for our future construction needs!

    paint job was poor Didnt paint around door jam. Didnt sink nail head after installing storm door. Damaged my vinyl siding and didnt tell me.
